Compassionate care. Meaningful change.
Therapy that helps you feel better, and understand yourself.
Evidence-based tools matter, but real change happens in a relationship where you feel seen, heard, and understood. I offer a warm, steady space to slow down and make sense of what you're carrying.
A little about me
I'm Alice, a Brooklyn-based Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 6+ years of experience, offering online therapy to adults and teens anywhere in New York State, in English and Bengali.
I help people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the in-between seasons of life.
I bring cultural understanding to my work with South Asian, Muslim, immigrant, and first-generation clients, and with people of color who want a therapist who gets the context they live in.
